Cancellation policy - 14 day notice required or 50% of total rate is forfeited. $20 administration fee for all cancellations. No refunds for winter holidays or Alaska school vacations.

Directions:

Take Alyeska Highway. Right on Alyeska View Avenue, follow the bends
in the road staying on Alyeska View Avenue, left on Higher Terrace.
Log and cedar house on the left at 297. Look for the Swiss and American flags.
